Theojary Jr. is the eldest of the third generation of Crisantes to provide vegetables from Mexico to North America. A trained agronomist, Theo follows the family's tradition of growing full-flavored, wholesome crops by managing the family's farm where he lives in Mexico.
While Theo takes pride in shipping some of the world's finest organic harvest, his greatest responsibility is the people that grow and harvest your vegetables. Our workforce is large and may be spread over many fields at harvest time. Many of our farm employees travel north from southern Mexico for seasonal work. Those under Theo's supervision all have access to on-farm lodging, child care, schools, and medical care. His farms have a high worker retention rate, attesting to the quality of the management and balance between work and family.
Theo continues a family tradition of looking out for the less fortunate and disenfranchised by serving as president of the board of an orphanage, near our family farm in the valleys of the Culiacan River in Sinaloa, Mexico.
