Adrian Crisantes uses greenhouses to organically grow tomatoes on-the-vine, tomatoes as healthy and wholesome as those his grandfather, Don Miguel, first grew in the rich soil of Sinaloa. Now, not far from the Arizona border, Adrian carries on the family tradition of growing some of Mexico's finest, most flavorful tomatoes.
A trained horticulturist, Adrian uses sophisticated European technologies to reduce and reuse water, and a portion of the farm is set aside for future solar panel development to provide electricity necessary for greenhouse operation. This all allows Adrian and his staff to deliver a continuous, environmentally sensible stream of yellow, cherry, orange and red tomatoes-on-the-vine, as well as beefsteak tomatoes.
The techniques Adrian uses are different from those first employed by Don Miguel, but his organic tomatoes always deliver the classic, wholesome, healthy tomato flavor harvested by our family for three generations.
